I have not had many problems with my machine, maybe around 3 or 4 call outs over the 25 years of having the machine, which in my opinion is great. I was very happy with the service from Lead. The technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly they are reliable. I did have to wait a couple of days for the technicians to come however, they did give me a lot of vital information about the Speed Queen that I did not know before.
