We were newly married + purchased our Speed Queen Washer in 1984. Over the years we have just called for service just twice …the first time when the inner washer anchor bolt came off and the second to stabilise the base. Before the technician was called I forwarded the model number to the office. When the tech arrived he knew exactly what to do and the problem was resolved in half hour. The technician knew the product and overall we were happy with his knowledge and advice.
