I’ve only had one call out with my washer in 25 years + never had a call out for my dryer. It happened a few years ago when my washer was about 20 years old. It started making a racket when it was time to start washing the clothes and that’s when I knew I had to call the technicians. They then fixed our washer just in time for our next wash. The technicians were very helpful and immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix our washer. Their business was very professional and very quick.
