Good day I am Mark. I started working for Lead since 2008. I started as a ISD tech installing all laundry industrial and commercial, and then moved from installation to repairs and services. Rico joined Lead in 2005 and came to us with laundry maintenance experience that he gained whist working for a previous company, where he was employed for 4 years. He has accumulated 22 years in the industry. He has worked on industrial laundry equipment – washers, dryers and ironers. He has also had experience with tunnel washers and shuttle conveyor systems.
Rico takes pride in his daily tasks and strives to keep our customers happy.

Craig joined Lead in 2007 at our Johannesburg office. He started right away handling industrial installations and after 2 years, moved on as full time industrial technician.

Philani joined the Lead family in 2015, originally as a driver. In 2022 he underwent training at our Johannesburg office to become a technician. He excelled and after working under supervision, was officially promoted as a technician in November 2022.
Philani currently works on household and commercial machines. We have had fantastic reviews and complements from customers about Philani. Always smiling and happy to go the extra mile. He is a ray of sunlight.
