The service from Lead was exceptional. The young lad that came to fix it last not only fixed my machine but cleaned it inside as well. He was very polite and definately went the extra mile. I find people normally with any service try to do as little as possible. Definately not with Lead although my machine is like a work horse and just keeps going. If ever there is a problem I would never think twice of calling any one else to fix either of my machines.
